A combat sport is a competitive contact sport where two combatants fight against each other it is also known as a combative sport in combat sport the combatants fight using specified rules of commitment, usually with the aim of simulating parts of real hand to hand combat. For thousands of years sports associated to combat skills have been a part of human culture. There are many examples of international combat sports like boxing, sport wrestling, mixed marital arts etc.
At the starting informal types of combat sports like wrestling, the wrestling had no set of rules or regimens to follow. But with the passage of time all this changed and now combat sports have become quite technical and need to follow a set of rules and regulations. The wrestling is complete a new and unique type of wrestling, that demands high strength of the body. To play this game you need a great strength and power together.
Weightlifting and combat sports are related to each other because weightlifting which is international sport. Weightlifting is also a training technique for athletes in other sports. Lifting weights has always been a good test of strength between men.
We can categorize the techniques, which are mostly used, into three domains
Striking: muay Thai, teakwood, karate
Grappling: Judo, Brazilian jiu jistu , wrestling.
Weapon: Kendo, fencing.

Basic aspect of combative conditioning for combat sports can be explained by three points:
1. Flexibility Is Classified In Conditions Of The Joint Range Of Motion And Range Of Muscle Elasticity
2. Endurance Is Classified In Conditions Of, Lactate Threshold, Anaerobic Threshold and Heart Rate
3. Strength Is Classified In Conditions Of Growth Of The Musculoskeletal System. In The Type Of
A. Bigger Muscle Fiber Size.
B. Contractile Strength.
C. Tendon Tensile Strength.
D. Bone Strength and Ligament Tensile Strength.
The above methods are designed to moderate the human issues practiced during the fight which have unbearable physically effect on the human body. This allows the coach to face the harshness of the combat with better stamina and metal focus. Contact sport in which physical contact between the athletes involved is important. For examples rugby ice hokey etc and non- contact sports are: badminton and table tennis.
Typical Combat sports involving striking and simulating full power techniques are called semi-contact sport. The techniques with controlled to limited power and unconscious are prohibited for example, the taekwondo and various styles of kung fu. A full contact sport is not different from semi-contact sport. In full contact sport the physical hit must be with the aim of causing a knockout or makes your opponent unable to continue the match. For example boxing, kick boxing Thai boxing etc

3. Lower Body Exercise
Nowadays considering the women, there are many central combat sports center where the professional trains you for self defense, there are also many combat sports magazine available in the market or on the internet which can educate you not only about the sports but also for sports ethic.
International Sport Combat Federation (ISCF) is a body which gives approval for the sport of mixed martial arts with a purpose of recognizing a set of worldwide champions. Combat Sports Challenge in which fighters use different styles of the fight. Often styles use in Combat Sports Challenge Free style fighting, Mix Martial Arts and Thai kick boxing. Today different countries make arrangements for this Challenge. But the first Combat Sports Challenge was held in USA in 2004.
